(Finance) – The shareholders’ meeting of AbitareIna leading Milanese company in residential development and listed on Euronext STAR Milan, has approved the distribution in favor of its shareholders of a extraordinary dividend (ordinary for stock exchange purposes) in cash for a total amount of 10 million euro, equal to 0.376 euro for each share, and theauthorization to purchase and dispose of treasury shares up to a maximum of 20 million euros.
There distribution proposal of the dividend provides for the following calendar: ex-dividend date 2 October 2023; payment entitlement date (record date) 3 October 2023; payment date gross of legal withholdings starting from 4 October 2023.
