The most important changes from the EA Sports FC 24 Reveal
Basically, some well-known elements, such as the large license package full of leagues and players, return from the FIFA series. However, EA Sports also introduced some changes that you can look forward to in the new game.
Ultimate Team with stars from women’s football
Women’s Soccer is coming to Ultimate Team this year, including Hero and Icon cards. This brings a lot of new players into play, which can then also be used as a card in FUT. Six new leagues are at the start.
It will officially be possible to create mixed teams (via ea.com).
Evolution in Ultimate Team
A new system called Evolution was briefly introduced. This should make it possible to upgrade players in Ultimate Team throughout the season. This is how you can build real club legends.

Gameplay with Hypermotion V
EA spoke of the most authentic football game ever. Hypermotion V is EA Sports’ new twist on animation technology, now based on data from more than 180 professional matches, including the Champions League. A lot of new animations are to be added that will change the game.
Play Styles
This is a new system that EA has created in cooperation with the football database Opta. Based on this data, players are assigned play styles that determine how the stars behave in the game. These characteristic abilities will also play a role in Ultimate Team.
Crossplay in online modes
Information about crossplay can already be found on the EA website. Apparently, crossplay will be extended to all online modes, including clubs, co-op season, Volta and FUT co-op.
It will continue to be available in Ultimate Team (online modes), Friendlies and Online Season. PS5 can play with Xbox Series X|S and PC, PS4 with Xbox One. The switch falls out.
New deals with leagues
EA Sports, along with the likes of Alex Scott, Figo and Ronaldinho, announced more deals were being struck with leagues.
Player Alex Scott confirmed that two new women’s leagues will be added: the Women’s Bundesliga and the Women’s Spanish Premier League. This means that successful women’s teams like Wolfsburg are there.
EA Sports has also inked a new deal with the Premier League to provide a realistic representation of the league’s players, clubs and arenas for years to come. A new partnership was apparently also concluded with the Champions League.
