(Finance) – As part of thetakeover bid (OPA) partial voluntary offer on the savings shares of SAES Getters, a group listed on Euronext STAR Milan and active in the production of components and systems for industrial and medical applications, it appears that today, 13 July 2023, 102,140 applications for membership have been presented.
Therefore, overall there are 513,090 requests for membership, equal to 37.59% of the offer.
The offer began on July 11, 2023 and will end on July 31, 2023.
Italian Stock Exchange remember that the Saes Getters savings shares purchased on the market on 28 and 31 July 2023 cannot be contributed in acceptance of the offer.
