Four men fled by car from the police after a house burglary – at 190 kilometers per hour.
The car chase was caught on video by the police helicopter.

Shortly after 2 p.m. on April 30 this year, the police received an alert about a burglary in progress at a villa in Lomma. Thanks to surveillance cameras, the homeowners were able to see three young men in their 25s break into the home by breaking a window with a hammer. After only a few minutes, all the men left the villa and jumped into a car that drove away from the scene, with a fourth man behind the wheel.
A movie, which sydsvenskan.se was the first to publish, shows how the car then drove away at high speed from a police car that signaled the men to stop. Furthermore, a 12-minute long intensive car chase followed, which ended in a ditch – where all four men were arrested by the police.
Denies crime
Stolen goods were found in the car, including sometimes jewelery and cash of various denominations as well as several tools and a knife. The total value amounted to approximately SEK 20,000.
Two of the men were charged with burglary, one of them with burglary and sabotage against blue light operations and the third with gross negligence in traffic and illegal driving. The men denied several of the charges, but one of them has now been sentenced to probation and three to prison.
