Red Bull reserve and test driver Daniel Ricciardo will drive AlphaTaur for the rest of the season.

Ricciardo, 34, who served as Red Bull’s reserve and test driver at the beginning of the season, will be replaced by a rookie driver of Nyck de Vries. De Vries did not score once during the season. At best, he finished twelfth in Monaco.
Ricciardo has been driving in the F1 series since 2011. Konkari is best remembered for Red Bull, where he drove between 2014 and 2018. After that, Ricciardo moved to Renault and later to McLaren.
McLaren gave up on Ricciardo at the end of the 2022 season, even though the Australian still had a contract for the following season.
Ricciardo has won eight races in his career. He has driven to the pole three times and to the podium a total of 32 times.
