(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Giglio Groupa company listed on Euronext Milan and active in the field of high value-added e-commerce platforms, communicated the resignationwith immediate effect, of thelawyer Sara Armella from the charge of non-executive and independent directordue to work commitments.
The BoD will proceed as soon as possible, with the support of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee and with the approval of the Board of Statutory Auditors, appointment by co-optation of a new administrator.
It will not be recognized to the lawyer Armella – that does not appear to hold shares of the company – any additional compensation for termination of the relationship.
