At 01.30 on the night of Sunday, the alarm was received by SOS Alarm about a drowning accident at the harbor in central Grebbestad. Emergency services went to the scene together with an ambulance and police, writes Göteborgs-Posten.
A person must have fallen into the water. Shortly after 02:00, the rescue service states that they have recovered the person.
– The patient’s condition is serious. CPR was in progress and the patient is allowed to fly by ambulance helicopter, says rescue leader Ida Luther Wallin to the newspaper.
