It will be sunny here this weekend – when the rain takes a break

There has been rain and debris in large parts of the country recently. But for holidaymakers who are tired of rain, the weekend can offer sun and warmth.
– We have had very unstable weather, but now it looks like high pressure will come in this weekend, says Caroline Andersson, meteorologist.

The summer began with unusually dry and warm weather, but since the rains have made their entrance, it has lingered. Now, however, it seems that even the rain will take a break over the weekend, according to Caroline Andersson.

– There is absolutely a chance of sunshine for the weekend, but then next week it looks like it will be unstable again and that we will get the rainy weather back, she says.

Here the sun peeks out

The weather will start to stabilize on Saturday and then it will be more sunny on Sunday.

– This high pressure will grow in during the weekend and there will be more sun in large parts of the country, although Saturday may offer some rain. On Sunday, it looks like the sun chances will increase further, she says.

The latest forecasts show that you can be treated to sunshine in large parts of the country on Sunday, and in some areas it can be 26 degrees.

– In the southern parts of the country it can be 25-26 degrees, maybe even 28 degrees, she says.

But wonderful is short. On Monday, the unsettled weather makes a comeback.

– On Monday, new fronts will come in over Sweden with cooler air and more rain and also during Tuesday more fronts will bring down the temperatures and bring rain, she says.
