On 11 February, a 37-year-old pedestrian wants to cross the Rijnlaan near the traffic light at the intersection of Rijnlaan and Balijelaan. The man gets the green light, but is cut off by a motorist when he wants to cross the road. The pedestrian is nearly hit, after which he taps on the window of the car. The driver becomes aggressive, gets out of his car and runs after the pedestrian.
