Euronext markets, IPO collection marks -45% in the first half

(Finance) – The money raised from new listings on the stock markets of Euronext (including the over allotment) amounted to 318 million euros a June 2023, down 55% from the previous month’s €708 million and 45% from June 2022’s €578 million. new quotes there were 5, against 6 in the previous month and 11 in June 2022.

The money raised by new listings on the Euronext markets was instead equal to 1,815 million euros in first six months of 2023, down by 45% compared to the same period of 2022 (3,297 million euros), according to what can be read in the monthly data published by the group that manages the squares of Amsterdam, Brussels, Dublin, Lisbon, Milan, Oslo and Paris.

Taking only the data of EMS (with capitalization under 1 billion euro), inflows amounted to 53 million euro (-51% on month and -91% on year), with a total since the beginning of the year of 950 million euro (-62% compared to to the first six months of 2022).
