(Finance) – The subsidiaries of Intek GroupKME Italy and Serravalle Copper Tubes, (main Italian operating companies of the KME Group) have entered into a 6-year loan agreement with a pool of Italian banks supported by a Sace guarantee.
Intek makes it known with a note adding that the total amount of the loan is 75 million euros.
