(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Truestar Real Estate S.A communicated to Trawell Coa company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in baggage protection and tracing services for airport passengers, which as at 4 July 2023, the shares held by it amounted to 157,020 shares, equal to 6.33% of the share capital. On 3 July, the company communicated that it had exceeded the relevant threshold of 5%.
THE major shareholders they are now RG Holding Srl with 51.94%, Marchin Investments BV with 5.92% and Truestar Real Estate SA with 6.33%. The free float stands at 35.81%.
