(Tiper Stock Exchange) – CONSOB communicated the suspension of the investigative deadlines – starting from today’s date and until the completion of the information framework for a period not exceeding 15 calendar days – as regards thetakeover bid concerning financial instruments of KME Groupholding company of diversified investments listed on Euronex Milan.
The resolution concerns, in particular, the promotion by KME Group of a voluntary takeover bid concerning all ordinary shares KME; a voluntary public tender offer concerning the savings shares KME; and a voluntary takeover bid concerning the “Warrants KME Group SpA 2021 – 2024″.
