(Finance) – The Senate Chamber has approved the majority resolution on the communications from Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni in view of the European Council of 29 and 30 June. There were 94 votes in favour, 28 votes against and 35 abstentions.
L’Palazzo Madama Assembly it also voted for the resolution of the Democratic Party in separate parts, which saw the points on which the government expressed a favorable opinion approved (129 yes, 1 against), while the points on which the government expressed a negative opinion were rejected (30 yes , 90 no). The Action-IV resolution was also voted in separate parts and they obtained the approval of the Assembly on the points shared by the executive (128 yes and 28 no), while those not shared were rejected.
On the other hand, the resolutions of M5S and Avs were rejected in full, on which the government expressed a completely contrary opinion.
