(Finance) – Someca company listed on Euronext Milan and active in the implementation of projects in the naval and civil sectors, ha acquired through its subsidiary Bluesteel una new order for the supply of facades, aluminum cladding and windows for the new and modern building of the International Finance Center (IFC) under construction in the Bailiwick of Jersey, the largest island in the English Channel, between France and the United Kingdom. The order has a total value higher than 8 million eurosthe highest in Bluesteel’s history.
Bluesteel will take care of the design and installation of facades for approximately 3 thousand square meters of glass balustrades, aluminum cladding and windows of various kinds. The delivery of the works is expected by April 2023. For Somec, in the civil field, this is the first important order obtained in the European continent since 2013, the year in which Oscar Marchetto took over at the helm of the company. The intent is replicate in Europe the path already made in the United States by the subsidiary Fabbrica LLC.
