The person who shot dead five people and injured 17 at an LGBTQ club in Colorado Springs, USA, on November 19, 2022, was sentenced on Monday to life in prison.
The person, who identifies as non-binary, has confessed to five murders and 46 attempted murders — one for each person who was at Club Q during the mass shooting.
It was just before midnight that the now convicted man entered the nightclub and opened fire. Two visitors managed to overpower the shooter and stop the attack.
