On September 22 last year, the Utrecht woman was waiting in her car near the house of her ex-husband in Utrecht-Overvecht. Her children live with her ex and his new wife, but she was previously forbidden to go near them because of her behavior. When she saw her ex’s new wife cycling, she drove full throttle towards her. The woman was able to jump off her bicycle just in time and ran into a park. Her attacker then reversed towards her again, forcing her to jump aside again to avoid being hit by the car.
