(Finance) – Buzzi Unicemas part of the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of May 7, 2021, announced that it had purchasedbetween 21 and 25 February 2022, overall 901,519 treasury sharesat the average price of € 18.1920 for an equivalent value of € 16,400,443.66.
Following the purchases just announced, considering the treasury shares already in portfolio, as of 25 February 2022 Buzzi Unicem holds 2,506,546 ordinary treasury shares equal to 1.301% of the share capital.
