On Midsummer’s Day, the police continued their work in the Uppsala district Gottsunda after the shooting the day before, when a boy was injured. No one has been arrested.
– We are on site with several resources and carry out door knocking and try to get in touch if there is anyone who has seen something, but mainly we are there in safety-creating functions, says duty police officer Mats Länn.
The police were alerted to Gottsunda after several phone calls about explosions. At the scene, it was established that several shots had been fired and that a bus had also been hit.
A preliminary investigation into attempted murder, aggravated weapons offense and causing danger to others has been initiated.
