The accident of the minisubmarine Titan at the Titanic Wreck in the Atlantic is to be investigated, reports TT.
It is the Canadian authority, the National Transportation Safety Board, which has been tasked with reviewing the “circumstances surrounding the operation”·
The reason is that a Canadian-flagged vessel towed the mini-sub to the spot where it went down in the water on Sunday.
Shortly thereafter, contact with the submarine was lost and later it was announced that the five people on board were feared dead.

A police officer has been injured after a major operation at Hisingen in Gothenburg.

The police state that it is a collision between two cars – and that it happened in connection with an attempt to stop a car after suspicion of drunken driving and carelessness in traffic.

A forest fire rages in Målarberget between Avesta and Norberg.
– We are on site and have pulled 400 meters of hose to fight the fire, but we need more water, says Johan Gustafson team leader at SOS.

Traffic is at a complete standstill along the E45 between Mellerud and Åmål due to problems with a drawbridge.

A 75-year-old woman has been reported missing in Landskrona.

The woman has shoulder-length light hair and is said to be wearing a gray sweater and long pants. She may also wear a white and blue striped jacket.

A group of tourists got lost in the Operatunnelen motorway tunnel under central Oslo on Friday.
They were riding scooters among the motorists and the police had to come to the rescue.
“We have guided three British tourists on scooters out of the Opera Tunnel. They had followed Google Maps and ended up in the tunnel,” Oslo Police writes on Twitter.
