The City of Brantford, together with local neighborhood associations, will be offering free Movies in the Park over the summer.
Attendees can enjoy family-friendly movie screenings at various city parks on Wednesdays from July 12 to Aug. 30, starting at dusk.
In addition, two Friday evening movies will be held Sept. 8 and 15, weather permitting.
“There is something wonderful about watching a movie outdoors, under the stars, in one of our many beautiful parks in the city,” said Jennifer Middleton, the city’s supervisor of special events.
Attendees should bring a lawn chair and blanket and arrive early to participate in pre-show activities.
