Humana gets to keep its license

In February, Ivo decided to revoke the assistance company Humana’s license to operate, among other things, personal assistance and home care. 2,000 users and 11,000 employees across the country were affected by the decision.

The reason for Ivo’s decision must have been, among other things, that the company breached its responsibility for foreign labour, that they allegedly employed illegal labor and that they had several recovery cases from the Social Insurance Agency.

Humana appealed the verdict and also requested inhibition, a permission to continue operating until the administrative court has processed the company’s appeal.
