Nine Egyptian men, identified as the crew of the migrant boat that sank off the coast of Greece last week, have been detained on suspicion of people smuggling, a judicial source told AFP.
According to the UN, up to 500 people are still missing after the disaster. About 80 bodies have been pulled out of the water, 104 people have been rescued.

The US is not presenting a favorite for the post of NATO’s new Secretary General. This was said by the US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, on Tuesday.
International media have reported that current NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg will likely be asked to continue for another year.

The police have received several calls about gunfire in Ica Maxi’s parking garage in Malmö.
At the scene, a man in his 30s was found with a gunshot wound in a car. The man has died from his injuries.
The place is cordoned off and the police are looking for suspected perpetrators.
– We have sent forensic experts and special search dogs there to secure traces of weapons, while we are interviewing witnesses, says Rickard Lundquist, police spokesperson.
The police urge anyone who saw anything to get in touch.

Ten people have died after drinking homemade alcohol with methanol at a party, TT writes.
Another 140 people are said to have fallen ill after the party, which was organized in the province of Alborz, west of the capital Tehran.
Iran banned the production and consumption of alcohol in 1979. After that, methanol has often been used in home-distilled beverages as an alternative to ingestible ethanol.

The environmental administration found it when they raided a grocery store in central Malmö on Tuesday, writes South Sweden.
The visit was made after the police were alerted about the conditions. The inspectors immediately discovered that most of the fruit and vegetables in the store were moldy.

An injured man has been found after a suspected shooting in Hisings Kärra in Gothenburg.
A large police operation is underway and the police have cordoned off an area.
The man was taken to hospital by ambulance. He is seriously injured, according to the medical service.
The police received the alarm shortly before 5 p.m.
– It probably happened in a residence. But the man has been found outdoors, says police spokesperson Stefan Gustafsson.
The incident is being investigated as attempted murder. A man has been arrested nearby and is suspected of involvement in the incident.
That man also had “certain injuries” according to the police and will be taken to hospital by ambulance.

A French ship with a deep-sea robot will participate in the search for the tourist submarine that disappeared on Sunday in connection with an expedition to the wreck of the Titanic, the BBC reports.
The French ship is expected to arrive on Wednesday.
Two other ships are searching along the surface, the US Coast Guard writes in a tweet, according to the BBC.
There is a fire in a multi-storey villa just outside central Örnsköldsvik.
– We have a problem with there being some gas bottles in a garage that is built together with the villa, we hope to get these out before it gets to that part, says Thomas Åslin, officer on duty at the rescue service in Medelpad.

Coop has communicated in its social media that “The goods that Mondelez sells to us are not produced and do not contain raw materials from Russia. Marabou is manufactured in Sweden. We are in dialogue with Mondelez about the situation and are closely monitoring developments.”
Several local Ica dealers have stopped selling Mondelez. But I have not seen any statements from Ica or Axfood from central sources.
