DPG Media instituted summary proceedings and the municipality of Utrecht was unsuccessful up to and including the Supreme Court. The legal battle had already cost Utrecht a ton in November. The municipality does not want to spend any more money on procedures. With the settlement that has now been reached, a substantive procedure is over.
