(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Salcef Groupas part of the treasury share buyback programme, announced that it has purchasedbetween 12 and 16 June 2023 inclusive, overall 30,800 ordinary treasury shares for a counter value equal to 711,028.87 euros.
Following the purchases indicated above, and net of the assignments of treasury shares that took place in the same period in application of the 2021-2024 Stock Grant Plan, as at 16 June the Company held 904,293 treasury shares, equal to 1.449% of the share capital.
In Milan, today, closure in red for Salcef Groupwhich ends the session with a drop of 2.15%.
