It points downward in Stockholmsbörsen’s pre-trade. The futures trade just after eight o’clock at minus 0.7 percent according to IG Markets.

Leading stock exchanges in Europe are also trading in the red ahead of the opening.

Wall Street is closed on Monday but ended Friday trading in the red.

In Asia, it points downward on all major stock exchanges. The Tokyo stock exchange’s Nikkei 225 trades at minus 1 percent and the Hong Kong stock exchange retreats 1.2 percent.
