Fourth suspect sought in violent home invasion Sarnia police

Investigators are asking the public’s help identifying a fourth suspect in a violent home invasion Wednesday, Sarnia police say.

Officers were called to a home in the 800-block of Devine Street about 9 pm after four men broke in, assaulted some occupants, and made off with a bike and TV, police said.

One occupant was taken to hospital by ambulance, treated and released, police said.

Three suspects were arrested, police said.

Ronald Johnson, 34, Kyle Johnson, 34 and Tyson Borden, 33, all of Sarnia, are charged with breaking and entering, robbery and assault causing bodily harm, police said. Borden also is charged with possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose.

Investiugators are still trying to identify a fourth suspect and ask anyone with information to call police at (519) 344-8861 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477, police said.

“This was a targeted occurrence and that all parties involved are known to each other,” police said in a release. “There are no general concerns for public safety in relation to this incident.”
