De Meern – Festival Verknipt has not broken any rules with music that is too loud. That is what alderman Eva Oosters says today in the Utrecht city council. The festival was held last weekend at Plas Strijkviertel. According to committee member Stefan Gaillard (City Interest), the nuisance was great, but the alderman does not agree.
