(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Industrial production is worse than expected in the United States in May. Industrial activity registered a negative change of 0.2% on a monthly basisafter the +0.5% of the previous month and compared to +0.1% of expectations of analysts. Also on an annual basis there was a growth of 0.2%.
There manufacturing production record a little growth of 0.1%, after +0.9% in April (data revised from a preliminary +1%).
In the same period the usage capacity relating to all industrial sectors rose to 79.6%, higher than analysts’ estimates (79.7%), from 79.8% previously.
