Leif GW Persson have along with TV4 made a new documentary film where he goes through the case of the murder of Felt in detail. He believes that there is information in the case that shows mistakes by the district court.
– Here we have a verdict that is flawed in crucial parts, he says in the documentary.

18-year-olds Maja Hellman and 20-year-olds Johanna Leshem Jansson was sentenced for the murder of Tove. GW has studied the case carefully and in the documentary he notes that the verdict has flaws.
– If these shortcomings are interpreted in full, the prosecution against the 18-year-old must be dismissed, because it is in any case not proven beyond a reasonable doubt, he says.
There are several things that, according to GW, would argue against Tove being murdered at the time that the Eksjö district court decided in the verdict. This could mean that the convicted 18-year-old Maja Hellman is innocent, GW believes.
– What seriously worries me is the sentence against the 18-year-old. As I see the whole thing, she did not participate in the murder, she will be sentenced for violation of grave peace, normal degree, says GW.

GW considers the sequence of events unlikely
It is the details of the timeline itself that GW believes would not be true. He claims that the disposal of the convicted women’s cell phones contains data that could point to a different course of events being more likely.
According to the district court’s verdict, Tove was attacked sometime between 02.40 and 02.43, but already at 02.47, Tove’s and Johanna Leshem Jansson’s mobile phones traveled to McDonald’s, which Leif GW Persson thinks is unlikely, writes TV4.
