The XDefiant closed beta ran in April 2023 and players could gain access by receiving a beta code via Twitch Drop.

How can you participate in the Open Beta? In order to participate in the XDefiant Open Beta, you must register on the game’s official website at Ubisoft.com.
What is XDefiant game? XDefiant is an upcoming arena shooter from Ubisoft in which you can play factions from various Ubisoft titles. You compete against other players in PvP modes such as Domination and Payload.
In terms of play, XDefiant is characterized by intuitive weapon handling with low recoil and comparatively fast movement. On top of that, you can modify your weapons with attachments and, for example, reduce the time you need to go into sight (ADS-Time) at the expense of handling.
