Soldiers injured in helicopter crash

22 American soldiers were injured in a helicopter crash in northeastern Syria this weekend, the Pentagon said.

The MH-47 Chinook helicopter had a problem with one rotor during take-off and hit the hill hard.

The condition of all the soldiers is described as stable, but ten of them have been taken to more advanced medical facilities outside the region.
