The four people who were shot at the subway in Farsta on Saturday evening were hit by shots from a military automatic weapon, according to the police.
National Police Chief Anders Thornberg says that 200 weapons, including automatic weapons, have been seized since the Christmas holiday. More gang criminals are also arrested. According to Thornberg, however, new recruitment to the gangs must be overcome.
Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson (M) writes on Facebook that this is “another dark weekend”. He describes the situation, after several shootings in the near future, as “extremely serious”.
