The Harlequin Crest is a famous Diablo 2 item that is now available in Diablo 4 as well. The helm is so strong that almost every build is based on it. The first player has now found it – but where is not yet entirely clear.
What is this item?
What makes the item so special? The Harlequin Crown’s stats are stronger than almost any other helmet. You get tons of life and more stats. The coveted thing about the helmet, however, is its legendary effect.
The Harlequin Crown grants you +4 to all abilities of your class. That means: you have unlocked all skills and are almost at the maximum you could achieve without items. And the bonus also applies to the skills you need. Most of the builds in the Diablo 4 tier list are therefore based on the item.
The secondary bonus of the effect is also a nice touch. You gain percentage damage reduction, one of 2 important defensive stats in Diablo 4.

Found Shako – Where do you farm the item?
As reported by wowhead, the first player has now found Shako. It is a Korean streamer whose viewers have shown the drop publicly. Diablo 4 Community Manager Adam Fletcher confirmed the authenticity on Twitter.

It is therefore likely that you can randomly find Shako anywhere, just like any other item. Where Legendaries are generally more likely to fall, you are more likely to get the unique item. As soon as we know more about the localities, we will share the information with you.
In any case, the Harlequin Crown is enormously rare, and so it is said to be. Even fans wish there were such items that not everyone has after a few days:
