“Would be prom king”

The suspect and the murdered boy both played on the same soccer team. As recently as Tuesday, the two friends were in the same match squad when they were to play a match against another football team in Stockholm.

A girl who went to the same school as the 15-year-old has previously told how the news of the death came as a shock.

– He had so many friends. There had been talk of him becoming the school’s “prom king”.

On Thursday evening, several people, who were going to the ball, gathered at the crime scene.

He was very excited to go to the prom and have fun with us. I can’t understand that he is no more. He was funny, joking, very caring and loving. You could always talk to him if you were sad, he always listened, said a friend of the dead boy.
