The police write on their website that they spoke with the shot-wounded man before he was taken to hospital by ambulance. A preliminary investigation into attempted murder has been opened.
– We will collect information in the case, says police spokesperson Tove Hägg.
The man is seriously injured, but has not received life-threatening injuries, and is receiving hospital treatment.
A person deprived of liberty
At midnight, the police took a person in for questioning.
– There is no one who is yet suspected of the crime, but we have brought in a person for questioning who is deprived of his liberty. It is a man born in the 00s.
The police have cordoned off the site to carry out a technical investigation and are taking witness statements from people who live or were in the area.
– We have dog patrols on site to be able to search for traces at the crime scene, and for objects such as weapons and empty shell casings.
