Diablo 4 Server Down – Players are getting Error 300202, what’s going on?

Today, June 8th, there are problems with the Diablo 4 servers. In the meantime, these could not be reached again and again. This results in long queues in which players are currently stuck.

What’s happening in Diablo 4 today? A hotfix came out today that made changes to dungeons, world bosses, and an XP trick. Since the release, however, there have been repeated problems and short server downs.

Some players report queues over 30 minutes (via reddit). Also, the message “Connecting to Diablo IV Services” pops up, sometimes the game hangs at that exact spot.

What is the current standing? At 11:50pm the servers are still having issues with more and more players reporting that they are now able to log in. But many are still in the queue, and some still have error messages.

The problems affect both the servers in Europe and America.

What is behind error 300202? “An error occurred while logging in (code 300202)”. This is a message that you cannot enter the server with your character.

So far, he has mainly appeared on the PlayStation and Xbox. It is now also displayed on the PC, as is the code 1016.

A solution to the problem is updating graphics drivers, relogging or checking your own Internet connection. However, the error message today is probably mainly due to the server crashes. We’ll keep you informed here.

What does Blizzard say? Blizzard itself has meanwhile added a note to the BattleNet. There it says:

We are currently investigating reports of Diablo IV login issues and are working to resolve them as soon as possible.
