The alarm came in just after 7pm on Wednesday evening. According to initial information, it should be a pedestrian and a motorist who were involved in the accident.
The police state that the person hit and the parents are being cared for by paramedics.

A person has been arrested on suspicion of gross negligence in traffic, drugged driving and causing bodily harm. The car has been impounded.
