More flexible rules should be introduced for promising asylum seekers who have a good chance of obtaining a residence permit, said King’s Commissioner Hans Oosters. “People from Syria, for example, there is a very good chance that they will be allowed to stay, given the situation in Syria. You would like to receive those people as soon as possible in an asylum seekers center at the place where they will eventually stay, live and work .”
