In June 2023, Pokémon GO will have new field research that will reward you with Pokémon encounters. We at MeinMMO show you all the tasks and shinys that await you.
What is field research? Field research is a small quest that you can obtain from the Photo Disc of your PokéStop. If you solve these, you will be rewarded with items, stardust or Pokémon encounters. Especially the latter can be worthwhile, since the monsters from these tasks are often a bit stronger.
However, Niantic changes these tasks and rewards monthly, which is why you can expect new content in June as well. We have summarized what these are for you below.
All field research in June
What tasks are there? As in the previous months, there will be a number of different tasks in June. These range from catching and throwing to fighting and interactions with your friends or buddy Pokémon. So there should be something for everyone.
With the help of the LeekDuck overview, we have summarized the tasks in the various categories for you. We have marked which monsters you might be lucky enough to encounter in their shimmering forms with the corresponding shiny asterisks in the graphic.
As you can see in the previous overview, a lot of strong candidates await you in the rewards in June, such as Milza, Squeaky, Tanhel or Larvitar. Its developments are among the best attackers in Pokémon GO, which is why you shouldn’t miss them.
Where can you find the research? You can get Field Research by spinning the Photo Disc at the PokéStops. They are then displayed to you in the “Field” view, which you can access by clicking on the binoculars. Including the AR tasks, however, you cannot hold more than 4 of these quests at the same time. So if you want to get more, you either have to delete one or redeem it.
If you have redeemed at least one research for 7 days, then you also secure the research breakthrough. We have summarized the monsters you will be rewarded with in the following article:
