The government has called in the Swedish Football Association (SvFF), Swedish elite football (Sef) and the police after Sunday’s derby at the Tele2 arena in Stockholm, when a commotion broke out and Bengals were thrown onto the field.
The meeting is held at the Ministry of Justice and, in addition to the responsible ministers, Fredrik Reinfeldt, chairman of SvFF, Håkan Sjöstrand, secretary general of SvFF, Stefan Bergh, secretary general of the National Sports Confederation, chairman Karl-Erik Nilsson, and Johan Lindvall and Simon Åström, general secretary and chairman of Swedish elite football, will participate, among others.
