GTA streamer Samantha “Adeptthebest” Lopez and former Overwatch pro Félix “xQc” Lengyel are publicly discussing their split on Twitch. Now the 29-year-old Adept is fueling the rumor mill with new hints.
Which streamer is it about? Twitch streamer Samantha “Adeptthebest” Lopez is known for roleplaying in GTA 5. Since 2021, the public has suspected that the 29-year-old is in an on-off relationship with Félix “xQc” Lengyel, one of the biggest Twitch streamers in the world.
After initially appearing only as roommates, the two eventually went public with their relationship, only to break up and reunite shortly thereafter. So while the relationship was rather quiet, the September 2022 breakup became all the more vocal.
Since then, the relationship problems have been carried out on Twitch. It was revealed that xQc’s expensive luxury sled was licensed on Adept and the streamer denied her ex access to his accounts to have the power on after he moved.
In January 2023, court documents were released showing xQc and Adept were married.

Adept shows off her wedding ring, wants to ‘tell the truth’
What is the current development? In a short stream on June 1st, Adept spoke, or at least heavily implied, about her relationship with xQc for almost 45 minutes. She did not give his name, possibly due to the ongoing divorce process.
However, the streamer explained that she wanted to tell the truth, which she had wanted to do for a very long time. We have included the clip and the translation for you here:

Adept hints, but xQc refuses to comment
What else does Adept say? On the stream, the 29-year-old remained vague but made a few more hints. She repeatedly spoke of sexsomnia, a special form of sleep disorder in which those affected perform sexual acts while they sleep.
Adept said she doesn’t believe that diagnosis exists, and that there is “another term” for such behavior. However, she speaks on this topic purely for educational purposes so that her viewers can protect themselves from people in her life who claim to have this sleep disorder.
Additionally, the streamer recounted a series of phone calls she is said to have received on May 15 and revealed a long list of missed calls, but did not reveal the identity of the caller. Adept only revealed that a woman had called her and asked for help.
xQc speaks of “completely disturbed things”, does not want to comment on it
What is this date about? xQc had abruptly canceled a stream on May 15 for unknown reasons. Viewers therefore suspect a connection between Adept’s hints and the termination of the stream.
The 27-year-old didn’t respond directly to his ex’s hints, only explaining in his own stream that he “won’t take the bait”. He had heard some “disastrous, completely disturbed things” but would not say anything about it, time will tell.
It remains to be seen if we’ll ever learn the full truth of what transpired between Adept and xQc.
