In Madagascar, it is the last day this Wednesday, May 31 to register on the electoral list. A list which must be used, among other things, for the presidential election scheduled for the end of the year. Thirteen and a half million voters, or about half of the Malagasy population, is the objective that the Independent National Electoral Commission (Ceni) had set itself when it kicked off the total overhaul of the list in october. An objective not achieved a few hours before the closing of registrations in the district offices.
