(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Intesa Sanpaolo has signed up with all the Unions an agreement that integrates and expands the highly innovative measures of the new organizational model in place since 1 January 2023. The main novelty in the field of Work flexible pertain to the experimentation of smart working in over 280 branches of the Banca dei Territori and of the Private Division with consequent greater possibility of use by people and theincrease in compensation meal voucher at 4.50 euros per day for smart working days from home.
As for the news on the subject week short, instead, it will be 40 le large branches of the Banca dei Territori where the short week can be applied: 9 hours out of 4 days with a reduction of working hours from 37.5 to 36 hours, on a voluntary basis, with equal pay according to the technical-operational needs of the company. Furthermore, from 1 November 2023, the staff of over 250 small branches will be able to request and voluntarily use the short week, on the day the branch is closed (between Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).
Finally, the possibility of using atime flexibility in entry which allows you to start work between 7 and 10 with a relative shift in the end of work time, both in the case of smart working and in presence work, even working in the “short week”.
In a few months, from 1 January when the new measures were launched, they joined the new flexible working 40,000 people equal to around 70% of those who could be enabled before today’s agreement – governance structures and branches – and around 17,000 people working the short week, equal to 60% of the full-time staff of the governance structures and 12 large branches (data as of April 30, 2023).
