343 Industries shared details about the upcoming Halo Infinite mid-season patch.

Halo Infinite, signed by 343 Industries, presented the last adventure of Master Chief, who has become Microsoft’s most iconic hero, to the players at the beginning of the year. The production phase of a series prepared by Paramount+ is also underway for the game, which has received positive ratings from the press. In addition to issues with unlocking achievements or returning to the game via quick resume, 343 Industries announced that various tweaks to the arcade mode are on the way. First-person animations such as climbing and reloading, which are prone to some framerate issues, are also heralded to run more smoothly following the patch.

Stating that the update is based on “consistent” community feedback, 343 Industries said it will also increase the range of the motion tracker in Big Team Battle from 18 meters to 24 meters. The patch, which will also include various improvements to 343’s anti-cheat systems, promises general stability and performance improvements on both PC and console.

The planned date for the update, which is currently in the final approval phase, is Thursday, February 24.
