A top Russian athlete posted a picture on social media with a big heart and two arms crossed, connecting Ukraine to Russia.
– My friend, the world will never be the same again. We feel that the carpet has been pulled under our feet, and unfortunately we cannot influence these decisions and this situation.
– We can only show our love, care and support to others in these difficult times. Let’s send love to everyone who needs it now and pray together that this will end. Not for war! wrote Mironova.
Mironova shows exceptional courage because her country’s leaders have “recommended” that no one personally comment on the war.
