AIC and ITALIAN FOOD TODAY together for the development of

(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Promote catering in the world and associated services, research and train future Chefsgive visibility to the Made in Italy food sector. These are some of the objectives of the agreement partnerships signed byItalian Association of Chefs (AIC), which brings together over 5,000 associates throughout the country, and from ITALIAN FOOD TODAYa magazine specializing in the restaurant and horeca sector and, more generally, in the Italian agri-food system.

The partnership will allow, among other things, synergistic actions in the field editorial, technical, training, conference and exhibitionwill favor the search for professionals., while giving a greater visibility to the AIC and its Associates in the press and on social media.

“I thank the director of ITALIAN FOOD TODAY, Brunello Cavalli, for this collaboration, which is deeply felt on our part, because it is particularly close and similar to our daily work”, he declared Simone Falcini, AIC presidentrecalling that the Association “is dedicated to supporting, enhancing and protecting the entire Enogastronomy sector, where on the one hand we see the women and men who work in the various sectors engaged, and on the other the companies that produce handcrafted and/or of excellence”.

The catering sector (bars excluded) counts in Italy approx 220 thousand businesses between restaurants and pizzerias and generates a annual turnover of more than 43 billion with almost 1.2 million employees.
