(Finance) – The assembly of fry (Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane group) has appointed the new board of directors for the three-year period 2023-2025, electing Dario Lo Bosco to the chairmanship of the company and indicating as managing director, to be appointed at the first meeting of the BoD, Gianpiero Strisciugliowho left his position as managing director of Mercitalia Logistics.
The assembly of Trenitalia (also controlled by Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane) appointed the new board of directors again for the three-year period 2023-2025, electing Stephen Cuzzilla to the presidency and indicating confirmation as chief executive officer of Louis Corradi. Stefano Cuzzilla has left his position as a member of the Board of Directors of Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane.
Finally, the assembly of Mercitalia Logistics (belonging to the same group) appointed Sabrina De Filippis as director, indicating her as managing director to replace the outgoing Gianpiero Strisciuglio. De Filippis has left his position as Trenitalia Regional Business Director.
