Several explosions in Kyiv

Several explosions have occurred in Kiev and other parts of Ukraine, the country’s army says. Residents of the capital have been instructed to stay in bomb shelters as rubble is said to be falling to the ground.

– There have been air raids all night, but here it didn’t bring down any robots, says TV4’s foreign reporter Jona Källgren, on location in Kryvyi Rih in central Ukraine.

Parts of Ukraine were hit by Russian airstrikes early Thursday morning.

– This morning’s attacks on Kiev are the ninth in a series of recent Russian attacks that are “unprecedented in terms of strength, intensity and variety”, writes the regional city administration in Kyiv on Telegram, according to The Guardian.

Stay in bomb shelter

Residents of the capital have been instructed to stay in bomb shelters as rubble is said to be falling to the ground.

– It seems that all the robots were shot down, but when parts of the robots landed, it started to burn. Another night when Russia terrorized Ukraine, says TV4’s Jona Källgren.

One person died after Russian shelling on Odessa and two people were injured.

– Most of the enemy’s missiles were shot down over the sea. Unfortunately, an industrial object was hit: one person died, two were injured, says the spokesman of the military administration Serhiy Bratchuk on Telegram, according to The Guardian.
