DRAGON TEARS FIRST
As in Breath of the Wild, it is possible to go to the place to retrieve the legendary sword from the start of the game (although access is much more complicated this time and takes much longer, since you have to chain a certain number of missions), but you will have to farm stamina to hope to recover it as well. It is indeed necessary to embark on the trail of the dragons, and in particular the tears that they leave each time they pass and which are in reality clues so that Link can find his location. To do this, you must start the mission by finding Impa, located west of Fort du Guet. She will ask you to locate the different geoglyphs, drawings visible only from the skies. From this aerial view, it is possible to find the place where each tear is for each drawing. In general, either the tear has a different shape from the others, or it is hidden by an element of the scenery, such as a grove or a small forest.
TRANSFORMED ZELDA
By finding each area where each tear hides, you will access cutscenes that allow you to learn more about Hyrule’s past and what Zelda was able to do once propelled into the past. These are memories that can be consulted later in the game options. There are 12 dragon tears in total and the 12th will only appear if you have collected the first 11. As soon as you have found the 12 tears, a white dragon will appear, with the Master Sword planted on its skull. This white dragon, you can see it from the beginning of the adventure wandering in the skies, but it is very difficult to reach it without the power of the sages, and not a certain flight experience. In reality, this white dragon is none other than Zelda, who has metamorphosed to remain hidden from Ganondorf’s gaze, and above all to keep the Master Sword safe.
ENDURANCE > HEART
To hope to reach this celestial dragon which flies very high, you will have to propel yourself via a tower, or build a flying machine with enough battery to not find yourself out of energy. Once on the dragon, it will be necessary to hold the sword for a considerable amount of time, at least two complete circles of endurance, which is equivalent to approximately 20 shrines to complete. Once in your possession, the Master Sword becomes of course the most powerful weapon in your inventory, but like other weapons, it can break after a while. Fortunately, as in Breath of the Wild, she comes back to life after about ten minutes. The legendary sword can also be fused with other items, giving it new properties and even more power. You are now ready to face Ganondorf and its different forms.
